2012 CYFL Portrait Day Saturday, January 28th
- EVENT: Team and Individual portraits for the 2011/2012 CYFL season
- DATE: Saturday January, 28th 2012 See the schedule below. Pre-K Academy will be photographed as one big team
- WHERE: Your game location in either Durfee High School Lobby or Bishop Connoly lobby.
- WHAT TO WEAR: Wear your game uniform. We will provide a ball for the photos.
- POSE: All individual photos will be waist-up in front of a canvas backdrop
- HOW TO ORDER ONLINE:
- Use our online form menu to buy individual and team photos

- Click the online order form. This is an interactive PDF form for you to fill out from your computer and then print it. Verify that information is correct and complete.
- IMPORTANT:
- Please fill out completely and clearly to avoid delay in your order..
- Please enter a phone number and/or email in case we need to contact you.
- Please enter a correct address with parent's name. We will mail the photos to your home.
- Print the completed order and bring to the photo shoot with your payment. Use the sibling discount if you have multiple children in the program.
- Include your payment in cash, check (payable to Gemini Photo Events) or credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) in an envelope or use a paper clip or staple to the order.
- Bring the printed order form with payment to the photographer on the day of the photos.
- HOW TO ORDER using the Pre-paid envelope:
- Pre-paid envelopes are available at our desk on Portrait Day.
- Fill out clearly and completely the pre-paid envelope
- Include your payment in cash, check (payable to Gemini Photo Events) or credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover).
- Seal envelope and bring it to the photographer on Portrait Day.
- DELIVERY: All photo orders will be mailed to the mailing address listed on the order by US Mail. You must add in the shipping charge and provide a valid mailing address or your order will not be delivered to you.
Please note: Any returned checks will incur a $15 bank fee. Declined credit cards or invalid card numbers will incur a $5 fee. Photo envelopes returned by the post office due to incorrect address will incur a $5 re-mailing fee.
Product samples will be on display at the shoot.
Sibling Discount Policy: First child's package purchase pays full price. Second child's package purchase of equal or lesser value receives 5% off. Third and more child's packages of equal or lesser value each receive 10% off.
TEAM PHOTO SCHEDULE BY DIVISION. Please be considerate and arrive BEFORE YOUR PHOTO TIME. Photos will be taken at the facility where you are playing the game.
