Coaches: Bring your teams up to the table and send in any who need individual photos taken-do not wait to gather entire team before coming to tables-we will start individuals right away. As the players get done, gather them inside our area for the team photo and let us know when all have arrived so we can take your team photo and get you on your way

- You will have time to browse for the best packages/photo items in the comfort of your home. No last-minute hassle on the fields.
- You will avoid waiting at the table to fill out and pay for your order-all orders must be paid by Photo Day.
- You will be waved in to the photo area and not be in a payment line-no hunting for order forms to fill out, no swiping credit cards, writing out checks, waiting for change.
- You may also order using the order envelopes we will have at the table. Please use exact change if paying by cash. We also accept personal checks and can take credit cards and Debit cards at the table-we will swipe them at that time. Bring your credit card and order form to the table to be processed. Only one child’s order per order form, please.
- All players present will be in the team photo. Only players with a photo order form will have their individual photos taken-we do not take a player’s photo without your consent via an order form. Players arriving without an order form will not be photographed unless one is created on-site; we cannot guess and are sure you would not want us taking their photo without your consent.
IMPORTANT ONLINE ORDERING INFO:
- If you purchase a package, you may also select one or more of the listed “Add On” items which are reduced in price. If you do not purchase a package, you may still buy individual items but will be charged full price for them. Add-On pricing is reserved for purchasing them in conjunction with a package.
- This even is a pre-pay event. No photos will appear online for placing orders in that manner. We take multiple photos and choose the best. If you are not happy with your photos we offer a money-back guarantee with return of your order.
- You may place orders for siblings separately as well. Indicate by name what package is for whom. You may use one online order for all of them if you do this. We cannot split one package among multiple sibling photos.
- Siblings can be in the same photo. The photo we take will be used for all items in the package you choose. We do not split packages up among separate images.
- If you order online and do not have a printed receipt, you will be asked to fill out a form with player name, team, and your online order number if you have it.
- Stay in “Sports” catalogue; items outside “Sports” will not provide proper league graphics for your items.
- Remember to print out your order and bring it to the photo area.
- Check with your coach for your photo time.
- All players present will be in the team photo.

Some basic product information:
All listed packages have both a team and player photo in some format, either as a print, a folio, or a plaque. See descriptions online.
Memory Mates (TM, LTM) have both a player photo and a team photo and are supplied with a cardboard folio/folder. No name or stats are imprinted on this product. Can be ordered alone or as part of packages SK (TM) or SL (LTM)
Memory Mate “DM” is an 8×10 print with your league’s graphics and colors that includes an image of the player and an image of the team. Player’s name and team and any stats (height, weight, jersey number, etc.) you enter on the order form will also be included. Can be ordered alone or comes as part of packages SC, SD, SG. ONLY ENTER STATS YOU WANT TO APPEAR ON THE “DM”-WE PRINT WHATEVER IS IN THOSE FIELDS
Plaques (PL1, CL1, CL2, CL3) use same design as “DM” above and allow for same stats. ONLY ENTER STATS YOU WANT TO APPEAR ON THE PLAQUE-WE PRINT WHATEVER IS IN THOSE FIELDS
Team Photo items begin with “T” and have league logo and colors and team name and year.
Magnets begin with “M”, (M1, M2, M3, M4, etc)

Trader Cards are two-sided cards with photo and name on one side and stats (age, ht, wt, jersey no., position, etc) on the other. Don’t forget to put in a “Position”.

ORDER DELIVERY: All photo orders will be shipped to the address listed on your order form via USPS. You must enter the correct delivery address AND ANY APARTMENT NUMBER and pay the correct shipping fee to receive your photos. Orders placed without a shipping charge will not be processed until shipping is added. No orders will be returned to the league for delivery-all will be shipped via USPS.
