Photo Day is Saturday October 5, starting at 9:30 AM. (In case of rain you will be notified of new date.)
Photos are at Kolz field, Field number 2. Look for our tents and tables near the kick wall. No need to wait for your team if doing individual photos for a package. We will take them as soon as you are ready and then we wait for the coach to decide when all are present for the team photo.

- Pre-order online by clicking HERE and PRINT OUT YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE EXITING THE SITE AND BRING RECEIPT TO PHOTO DAY! You will receive the following advantages:
- You will have time to browse for the best packages/photo items in the comfort of your home-no last-minute hassle on the fields.
- You will avoid waiting at the table to fill out and pay for your order-all orders must be paid by Photo Day.
- You will be waved in to the photo area and not be in a payment line-no hunting for order forms to fill out, no swiping credit cards, writing out checks, waiting for change.
IMPORTANT ONLINE ORDERING INFO:
- We do not automatically photograph every player. We photograph only those who have an order form, players whose parents are filling one out, or who tell us they are not sure.
- We do not call out names, as we do not have a finalized lost of all who have placed orders. Please make sure to hand your child the order form before they arrive at the photo area or they may not be photographed. If your child is alone at the field and without a form and unsure if you placed an order, we will photograph them just in case and search the database later for an order. But we do not automatically photograph every player.
- Photos from this event will not be placed online for viewing. This is a pre-pay event.
- All photo orders from Stoughton Soccer Photo day will be shipped to your home via USPS. Please choose “Ship to my address” option or your order will not be delivered. Orders CANNOT be picked up from the store and will not be handed back to the league. Please make sure to choose that option or your order will be postponed. Orders take about 4 weeks to process and mail out.
- If you purchase a package, you may also select one or more of the listed “Add On” items which are reduced in price. If you do not purchase a package, you may still buy individual items but will be charged full price for them. Add-On pricing is reserved for purchasing them in conjunction with a package.
- Siblings purchasing packages (TP, FM, GR, SL, DR, TR, JR, ST ) will automatically generate a 10% discount online if you type the word “SIB” in the coupon box at check-out. (Applies to package purchase only-not individual items from A La Cart list)*
- We cannot split one package among multiple separate sibling photos.
- Siblings can be in the same photo if you wish. The photo we take will be used for all items in the package you choose for them. We do not split packages up among separate images.
- If you order online and do not have a printed receipt, you will be asked to fill out a form with player name, team, and your online order number if you have it.
- Stay in “Sports” catalogue; items outside “Sports” will not provide proper league graphics for your items.
- Remember to print out your receipt and bring it to the photo area.
- Check the photo time schedule above for your team’s time.
- All players present will be in the team photo.

Some basic product information:
All listed packages ( TP, FM, GR, SL, DR, TR, JR, ST ) have both a team and player photo in some format, either as a print, a folio, or a plaque. See descriptions online.
Memory Mates (TM, LTM) have both a player photo and a team photo and are supplied with a cardboard folio/folder. No name or stats are imprinted on this product. Can be ordered alone or as part of packages TR (TM) or SL (LTM)
Memory Mate “DM” is an 8×10 print with your league’s graphics and colors that includes an image of the player and an image of the team. Player’s name and team and any stats (height, weight, jersey number, etc.) you enter on the order form will also be included. Can be ordered alone or as part of packages JR, GR, DR. ONLY ENTER STATS YOU WANT TO APPEAR ON THE “DM”-WE PRINT WHATEVER IS IN THAT FIELD
Plaques (PL1, CL1, CL2, CL3) use same design as “DM” above and allow for same stats. ONLY ENTER STATS YOU WANT TO APPEAR ON THE PLAQUE-WE PRINT WHATEVER IS IN THAT FIELD
Team Photo items begin with “T” and have league logo and colors and team name and year.
Magnets begin with “M”, (M1, M2, M3, M4, etc)

Trader Cards are two-sided cards with photo and name on one side and stats (age, ht, wt, jersey no., position, etc) on the other. Don’t forget to put in a “Position”.

ORDER DELIVERY: Please choose “Ship to my address” option or your order will not be delivered. Orders CANNOT be picked up from the store and will not be handed back to the league. All photo orders will be shipped to the address listed on your order form via USPS. You must enter the correct delivery address AND ANY APARTMENT NUMBER and pay the correct shipping fee to receive your photos. Orders placed without a shipping charge will not be processed until shipping is added. No orders will be returned to the league for delivery-all must be shipped via USPS.
